I’m glad to have found a goat milk option that suits my child well.
Recently, my child has been enjoying goat milk more and more. It is gentle and easy to digest, and feels more comfortable on the tummy.
Goat milk has a different protein structure and smaller fat globules compared to cow’s milk. This allows it to form softer curds in the stomach, which may support easier digestion and absorption.
Since incorporating it into our routine, my child seems more comfortable after drinking milk.
I also appreciate that it contains higher levels of sn-2 palmitic acid (sn-2 PA), which is commonly associated with supporting fat and calcium absorption, as well as smoother digestion.
Overall, it has been a reassuring addition to my child’s daily nutrition.
