Study Trip with My Child | For Children with Sensitive Tummies, Goat Milk May Be Worth Considering
My child has had a sensitive digestive system since young. Even eating a little too much in the evening could sometimes cause digestive discomfort at night. Coupled with frequent coughing in the past, we had stopped giving him milk formula for quite some time.
Concerned that he might not be getting enough nutrition, I learned that goat milk formula is often considered easier to digest and absorb. So I decided to try Karihome Goat Milk Formula for children aged 3 and above, together with their goat milk tablets. We opened the tin that very evening and prepared a cup for him to try.
First, the taste: the goat milk formula is smooth and light, without an overly rich or heavy milk flavour. My child accepted it much better than I expected. The milk tablets come in cute animal shapes, which he enjoys, and they make a healthier snack alternative.
Karihome uses whole goat milk (not skimmed), a single high-temperature processing method, and carries Low GI certification, all of which I find reassuring. The milk is sourced from New Zealand pasture farms, giving me added confidence in the product.
